Refund Policy

General policy

Paid boosts are normally final because leaderboard visibility starts after the payment webhook is verified. A later rank change, lower-than-expected traffic, or moderation action does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Eligible exceptions

We may issue a full or partial refund for a verified duplicate charge, a technical failure that prevented the paid amount from being recorded, or when required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Requesting review

Email billing@outbid-lol.io with the account email, approximate payment time, listing destination, and Stripe receipt or payment reference. Do not email complete card details.
