Terms of Service

The service

BidLOL is a transparent paid leaderboard for public websites and X accounts. Rank is based on cumulative successfully paid support, ordered by the earlier time a listing reached its current total when totals are equal. BidLOL is independent and is not affiliated with outbid.lol.

Accounts and authorization

You must use an account you are authorized to access. Any signed-in user may support any eligible destination. Paying for a listing does not establish ownership, endorsement, partnership, or control over that destination.

Payments

Boosts are one-time charges processed by Stripe. The minimum charge is USD 2.00 and target totals must be whole US dollars. Rank changes only after BidLOL receives and verifies a successful Stripe webhook.

Prohibited content

Do not promote unlawful content, scams, malware, adult content, deceptive redirects, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, spam, referral abuse, or content that threatens the service or another person. We may hide or remove listings and suspend accounts.

Availability and liability

Rank and traffic are not guaranteed. Service interruptions, moderation, payment review, chargebacks, or legal requirements may affect visibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidLOL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
